Subscription Policy (Subscribe & Save)

This subscription policy describes how our Subscribe & Save subscription works, how payments are processed and how you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

1. Subject matter of the contract and savings benefit

When you take out a Subscribe & Save subscription, our product is delivered directly to your home at regular intervals. As a subscriber, you benefit from a permanent discount compared to a one-time purchase.

  • Price guarantee: The discounted price of your initial subscription remains in place for the entire duration of your active subscription, even if prices for new customers are adjusted at a later date.

  • Shipping costs: Shipping is free for all subscription deliveries within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

2. Delivery intervals and flexibility

When subscribing, you can choose between different delivery intervals (e.g. every 30, 60, 90 or 120 days).

  • Adjustments: You can change the delivery date, the interval or the product quantity yourself at any time in your customer portal.

  • Pausing: You can skip individual deliveries or pause your subscription temporarily if you still have product left.

3. Automatic renewal and payment

Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the end of the selected interval, unless it is canceled beforehand.

  • Payment methods: For subscriptions, we accept payment by credit card and PayPal.

  • Charge: Your payment method is charged automatically on the day the subscription order is scheduled to be processed.

  • VAT & customs: All prices include statutory VAT. Shipments to Switzerland are sent with taxes and duties already paid, so you will not incur any additional costs.

4. Cancellation terms

We value maximum freedom and transparency. There is no minimum term and there are no hidden obligations.

  • Notice period: You can cancel your subscription at any time up until immediately before the next scheduled delivery (up to 24 hours before the next processing day).

  • Ways to cancel:

    1. Customer portal: Log in to your account and select the “Cancel subscription” option.

    2. Cancellation button: Use the legally required cancellation button on our website to cancel quickly and easily, even without logging in first.

5. 60-day money-back guarantee

Our voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee applies to the first two deliveries of your subscription, so you can try Trink Jello at your own pace. The period begins in each case upon receipt of the delivery concerned. There is no entitlement to this voluntary guarantee for any further automatic subsequent deliveries. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this provision.
