We process all orders within 24 hours because we don't believe in keeping your health waiting.

📦 Address accuracy is important

Please check your shipping address carefully during checkout. If your address is incomplete or incorrect, we will need to contact you to confirm it, which will delay your order .

 
We will still take responsibility for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect information provided at checkout, but this will significantly delay the shipping process.

🇩🇪 Orders within Germany

Due to a currently increased order volume, delivery times are approximately 10-14 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

🌍 International Orders

We are pleased to now accept international orders.
