We process all orders within 24 hours – because we don't believe in keeping your health waiting.

📦 Address accuracy is important

Please check your shipping address carefully during checkout. If your address is incomplete or incorrect, we will need to contact you to confirm it, which will delay your order .
We will still take responsibility for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect information provided at checkout, but this will significantly delay the shipping process.

🇩🇪 Orders within Germany

Shipping typically takes 1–4 business days . A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is on its way.

🌍 International Orders

We currently do not offer international shipping . However, we plan to expand to Europe in November .
