Jello Refund Policy
At Jello, your experience with our products is our top priority. While we pride ourselves on quality, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Here's our clear and fair policy on refunds, returns, and replacements:
📦 Orders
If you've already ordered from us and encountered a problem, don't worry—we're here to help.
Contact our support team, briefly describe your issue, and we'll work together to find a suitable solution.
🚨 Damaged or incorrect items
If your product is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, we will of course provide a free replacement.
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and send us:

A clear photo of the product and packaging

A brief description of the problem
Once the case is confirmed, we will send you a free replacement product.
💸 Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days , depending on your payment provider.
🚫 Returns & refunds for shipped dietary supplements
Because our products are ingested, for safety reasons we cannot accept returns or refunds once a product has been shipped, even for unopened packages .
This measure is intended to protect all customers – we ask for your understanding.
Refunds are not possible in case of change of mind, dissatisfaction with taste or individual results as these may vary from person to person.
Please read the product descriptions carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
🕒 30-day right of withdrawal
If you find that the product does not help you or does not achieve the desired effect , we offer you a 30-day cancellation period from receipt of the goods as a gesture of goodwill.
Please note:

Returns are only possible in exceptional cases and after prior consultation with our support team .

For each approved return, a processing and restocking fee of €10 will be charged, as the product cannot be reused for safety reasons.

The refund will be made to the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
